our rearranged flat, and Juno's changing face

Well, as a few of you may know, we were recently looking into selling our flat and moving to a bigger place. This was all dependant on what value a surveyor would value our flat at. (Things work a bit differently over here, and in the past few years, it has been mandatory for sellers to get a 'home report' which tells potential buyers all about the property, including the value. No longer are the days where real estate agents could decide this, and everyone has access to the home report.) To make a long story short, the survey came back with a value £30,000 less than what we paid for our flat! Personally, I think he was way off the mark, but hey, what can you do. So we are not going to move in the foreseeable future. Boo hiss :( Ben and I decided to have a long hard think about how we can make a bit more room, and we rearranged the living space so we can accommodate Juno's highchair. There is also a bit more room for a play area for Juno. Below are some pictures:

View of Living room from kitchen. We moved the table to the balcony windows

Another view, once Juno is old enough for a boucning play station, we will get rid of the chair.

Our kitchen, with our new washer/dryer

Our book shelves have a different type reading material these days

Another way we have made space was to, unfortunatly, give the rats up for adoption. We miss them, but it was for the best.

And in other cute news...
Proud to be a farmer!

The following are some cute pictures of Juno having some tummy time. I think her face looks different in each one!
